At Christmas, the Prince of Peace came to give us His Peace. Many feel that peace and celebrate in it. At the same time, many go through Thanksgiving and Christmas feeling less peace than any other time of the year. For still more, depression, anxiety, burnout, negative thinking...they are unwanted but familiar companions all year round.
As the Church, we should feel safe discussing our mental and spiritual health crises with one another. But that means all must have some kind of understanding.
This November and December you are invited to join us as we spend time having real conversations about our mental health and where we can find our Missing Peace.
